First and foremost, TOM is a digital in and out board used to register daily employee attendance. Syncing across multiple entrances and sites and offering a full reporting and analysis functionality.

Employee Movements

TOM provides real-time visibility of staff whereabouts; our simple interface means employees can quickly sign in or out with a single tap. A pop-up message confirms their arrival or departure. All activity is logged with a time and date stamp which can then be viewed in the reporting suite for analysis.

Visitor Tracking

TOM allows you to preload visitors before they arrive making the whole visitor process smoother and less time consuming. Unexpected visitor? No problem, just add the visitor’s details and sign them in.

Fire Evacuation

In the event of an emergency evacuation, knowing where all employees are is vital. With TOM’s Evacuation mode, simply detach your device from its stand and press the evacuation button. A full list of employees and visitors signed in at that moment will be displayed allowing you to quickly account for everyone at your assembly points.
